These Terms & Conditions are entered into between Dating Directory and you, the user/member.

The use of this website is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. You will be deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy by continuing to use this website, regardless of whether or not you register as a member. We may change these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy at any time without notice. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you are required to stop using Dating Directory.

1. In order to use Dating Directory you must be;

• 18 years of age or over and can legally enter into a binding contract with Dating Directory.

 

• When producing a profile on Dating Directory you agree to provide accurate and true information that is not misleading in anyway. This includes, but is not limited to images, your age, your likes and all aspects of your character. You must be transparent with your interplay with other members and with the Dating Directory admin team.

 

• You acknowledge and agree that Dating Directory’s, and your main purpose, is to enable both parties connect on a personal, non-financial basis. With the main objective of contacting, messaging and interacting with other members.

 

• Able to prove, if requested by a member that you are not registered as a sex offender in any country or location that Dating Directory has a presence in.

 

• You have never been convicted of an unlawful act involving fraud, a sexual offence, stalking, a violent act, any sexual or moral harassment, or any form of terrorism or hate crime.

   

Dating Directory reserves the right to reject, terminate, exclude access to any member or user that does not meet the above conditions.                           

3. You agree to the following when becoming a member of Dating Directory.

 

The information provided by members on Dating Directory when signing-up to become a member must be correct and true, and any changes to your circumstances will be reflected in your profile. When you register and input your information, including; biography, your likes, your description and all the content, videos and images that you provide for other members, you waive all rights to make any claim against Dating Directory.

4. Membership to Dating Directory

You can become a member of the Dating Directory free of charge. The free membership features will only entitle you to participate in some of the available services of the site. In order to access all the functions and features, you must buy credits to enjoy the experience of messaging and interacting with other members.

 

You acknowledge and agree that in order to protect the members of this site, you may not apply for, or become a member, if you have been convicted of an indictable offence or a felony, this includes but is not limited to; fraud, arson, stalking, theft, or any type of sexual related crimes.

 

 Dating Directory, the support team, the admin team and their staff reserve the right to conduct searches into the background of members if they suspect or have been alerted to a member, to confirm you are not in breach of any warranty and to determine whether any representation is false or misleading. You consent to allowing the Dating Directory to conduct such searches and the Dating Directory reserves the right to refuse and/or terminate your membership if you breach any of the above conditions.

 

5. Further More you agree not to;

• violate our terms & conditions, which can be updated at any time without notification to members ;
• post any contact details, including phone numbers, email addresses, WhatsApp numbers on your profile page. Any infringement of this rule will impose suspension of your account temporarily.
• post any content that infringes anyone’s rights, including images of other members that the member may have received.
• post any content that is, threatening, sexually explicit, racist, or considered harmful in any way.

 

• use the Dating Directory for financial gain, this includes, profiles from escorts, massage parlours, prostitutes and sugar baby contacts.
• use any type of robot, bot, spider, crawler, scraper, site search in order to replicate the members of Dating Directory.

Any breach of at the above will constitute a serious breach of your contractual obligations as a member under these Terms& Conditions.

6. Payment for contacting other members on Dating Directory

With the limited amount of services available free of charge, you acknowledge that the buying of credits are available only to Members with a valid credit of debit card. Credits can be can be acquired at the prices shown when the member requires them, for the periods and by the payment methods specified on the buy credits page, or relevant purchase page. Prices are stated in the currency where the member is located.

In the event that Dating Directory provide a recurring billing facility for the payment of top-up credits when a member is running low on credits, you can select to be opted-in. Opting out and cancelling you recurring billing is easy and achieved with one click.

Dating Directory reserves the right to change the price of purchasing credits at any time without notice.The new price for credits will take place when a members current credits are depleted. Members who opted in for recurring payment when credits run low will be charged at the new rate.

In the event of suspicious payment activity, Dating Directory reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend payment via your credit card and/or contact you, your bank or any other relevant third party to report such unusual activity and/or obtain additional information.

7. The way you access and purchase credits on Dating Directory

Depending on your location and the way you access the Dating Directory, either by, desktop, the mobile version, or an app on iOS or Android systems you can purchase credits to interact with other members.

When you purchase credits you will be prompted to confirm your purchase with the applicable payment provider and your method of payment such as a payment card or your third party account such as App Store/Google Play’s Apple Pay/Google Play will be charged at the prices displayed to you for the purchase of the amount of credits you have selected and you authorise Dating Directory and/or Apple/Google or other third party account to charge your account.

Your purchase of the amount of credits requested is confirmed at the point when your financial transaction is authorised and confirmed with your bank or third-party account.

8. Moderating Content on Dating Directory

While we do not, and cannot review all messages or other material posted or sent by members of the Dating Directory, and are not responsible for any content of these messages or materials, we reserve the right, but are under no obligation, to delete, move or edit messages or material; including profiles, messages, videos, images, members biography and audio recordings that Dating directory in its sole discretion, deem to breach these Terms & Conditions or to be otherwise unacceptable to other members.

9. Termination of your membership

You can terminate you membership at anytime without any restrictions. However deleting our application from your device does not terminate your membership. If you want to terminate your membership, you will need to log on to your account and follow the clear instructions of how to terminate membership. Once you have terminated your membership you will be able to unsubscribe from all further correspondence from Dating Directory, ie; email messages, messages from other members, information on future functions, etc. Upon closing your account, you will receive a confirmation email. 10. Copyright Infringement

Dating Directory respects the intellectual property rights their members. If you encounter content displayed on the Website that you suspect belongs to you and is appearing somewhere other than where you posted, and that content is being displayed in a manner which violates or appears to violate your copyright you may submit a notification by providing the following information to the support team at Dating Directory: [email protected]

(a) Your contact details; including address, mobile number,  email address, or other forms of communication.

(b) A full discovery of the sites, social media or other intellectual property that has or is suspected to have been infringed;
(c) The name of the website/ websites, social media, or individuals where the suspected infringing material is located;
(d) copyright or intellectual property owner or are authorised to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner’s behalf.

11. Use of images

By providing information or content to Dating Directory, you acknowledge and agree that Dating Directory may:

(a) reproduce, use, copy, perform, display, distribute and exploit the material, information or content in any way that Dating Directory or its sister sites may deem appropriate.
(b) prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works and other media, such material, information and content; and promote such images, biography, likes and videos for the benefit of members and Dating Directory alike.

If you buy credits on Dating Directory via Apple/Google’s App Store/Google Play

If you purchased credits via the App Store/Google Play and you wish to cancel within 14 days after Purchase, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their own terms and conditions which we do not control. To request a refund, you must log in to your Apple ID/Google ID and follow Apple/Google’s cancellation and refund instructions.

12. Monitoring images, bio, videos and content on Dating Directory

To ensure that we provide the highest level of service and the safest online environment to our members, we have engaged moderators to provide safety features to members and users alike. Providing this security feature requires the collection of certain non-personal data from your computer or other mobile devices by which you connect to our websites. You expressly acknowledge and agree to our collection of this data by our third party moderators. Even though no personal data is collected, we ensure that any third parties with which we contract for moderation practices are aware and of the need for the highest data protection and privacy standards.

You expressly consent to our collection, processing and use of your Personal Data in the manner and for the purposes set out in our PrivacyPolicy. You are entitled to revoke your consent, or object to our use of your Personal Data at any time, in accordance with the processes set out in our Privacy Policy.

 

13. Dating Directory’s duty to our members

We expressly exclude all liability in connection with events of any nature, which could take place between you and other members during online interactions or during ‘real life’, in person interactions. We do not verify the actual identity of members when they register on the Dating Directory. nor do we verify the members images, biography, likes or their location. Further more, we do not control nor moderate exhaustively any of the content which members may publish or upload on their profile page, these are your/the members sole responsibility. However, members’ photographs and profile descriptions are moderated prior to listing on the Dating Directory.

We are not liable for the accuracy or inaccuracy of the information and content provided by you to or for other members, nor for the consequences arising from your or their use of this information and content. Similarly, we are not liable for any content disseminated by you or another members that may potentially infringe your rights or the rights of one or more of the other members or any other third party.

14. Intellectual Property that is owned by Dating Directory

All Services’ names, trademarks, logos, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, texts and generally all content displayed on Dating Directory are Dating Directory’s exclusive property or licensed or controlled by us, and may not be reproduced, used or communicated without Dating Directory’s express authorisation. Failure to adhere to this will result in legal action.

The rights of use granted to the member are limited to your private and personal use as part of, and for so long as, you have an account with us. Any other use by you is prohibited. Likewise, you may not copy, reproduce, or otherwise make use of the content produced by other members, other than strictly for personal and private purposes.

You are prohibited, among other actions, from copying, reproducing, downloading, broadcasting, transmitting, modifying, commercially exploiting and/or distributing any of the Services content, pages, or computer codes, in any way whatsoever. Again failure to adhere to this is subject to legal action.

15. Dating Directory operational service

Our Services are provided to you as seen, and as such we make no promise that that you will find the perfect partner, or likeminded companion. We do not warrant that you will be able to use tDating Directory if your hardware or device does not function properly, if your internet service provider fails to provide an adequate level of service, or if your hardware or device does not have a fully functioning internet connection. The operation of the Services provided by Dating Directory may be interrupted temporarily due to maintenance, updates, security measures or technical improvements, or to update the content and/or the way it is presented. If possible, we will notify you before any scheduled maintenance or updates which may impact your use of the Dating Directory website.

16. Advertisers/Third Party websites on Dating Directory

We do not exercise any control over Third-Party Platforms to which you may be redirected to from our Services from time to time. We exclude all liability for the content of Advertising websites nor any advertisements, products, features, services or any other elements available on or arising from your use of such webcams, related products for sale or other dating sites offering their products and/or services. The use of Third-Party/advertising websites is governed by their own terms and conditions.

18. In the case of disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed and applied in accordance with the laws of England, subject to mandatory consumer laws in force in your country of residence.In accordance with the rules applicable to mediation, prior to any request for mediation, you must first raise any dispute with Dating Directory by contacting [email protected] in writing in order to attempt an amicable resolution.In the event that an amicable solution cannot be reached regarding a dispute relating to the Terms & Conditions, the competent authorities will be the courts of your country of residence.
