Pricing Terms – Messaging Credits System

These Pricing Terms governs the use of paid communication features available on our dating directory platform (“Platform,” “Service,” “Website,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using any paid communication feature, users (“Member,” “User,” “Customer,” or “you”) agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Introduction

Our platform operates using a virtual credit-based payment system designed to provide a transparent and flexible method for accessing premium communication features between members.

Certain actions performed on the platform require the use of credits. Credits function as a digital unit of payment that allows members to interact with other profiles and utilize communication services offered within the platform.

The purpose of this Pricing Terms is to clearly explain how credits are consumed when sending and receiving messages and to ensure all users fully understand the applicable charges before using messaging services.

2. Credit-Based Communication System

The Platform uses a prepaid credit model.

Users may purchase credits in advance through available payment methods. Purchased credits are stored in the user’s account balance and are deducted automatically whenever chargeable actions are performed.

Credits have no monetary value outside the Platform and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law.

3. Messaging Charges

The messaging system on the Platform is a premium communication feature.

Every time a user engages in private messaging with another member, credits are deducted from the account balance according to the following pricing structure:

Sending Messages

Whenever a user sends a message to another member through the Platform’s messaging system:

11 (Eleven) credits will be deducted from the sender’s account for each individual message sent.

This deduction occurs automatically immediately after the message is successfully delivered through the Platform.

Receiving Messages

Whenever a user receives a message from another member through the Platform’s messaging system:

11 (Eleven) credits will also be deducted from the recipient’s account for each individual message received.

This deduction occurs automatically when the incoming message is delivered to the recipient’s account or inbox.

4. Dual Charging Structure

Users acknowledge and agree that the Platform applies charges independently to both parties involved in a private conversation.

This means:

• The sender pays 11 credits for sending a message.

• The recipient pays 11 credits for receiving that same message.

Accordingly, one single exchange between two members may result in separate credit deductions from both participating accounts.

Example:

If Member A sends one message to Member B:

• Member A is charged 11 credits for sending the message.

• Member B is charged 11 credits for receiving the message.

If Member B replies:

• Member B is charged 11 credits for sending the reply.

• Member A is charged 11 credits for receiving the reply.

Each individual message triggers separate credit deductions for both sender and recipient.

5. Automatic Credit Deduction

All messaging-related charges occur automatically.

By using the messaging system, users expressly authorize the Platform to deduct the applicable number of credits from their account balance without additional confirmation for each transaction.

The deduction occurs in real time once the communication event is processed by our system.

Users are solely responsible for monitoring their available credit balance.

6. Insufficient Credit Balance

If a user does not have enough credits available in their account balance, certain communication features may become unavailable.

This may include:

• Inability to send new messages

• Restricted access to received messages

• Temporary suspension of communication functionality until additional credits are purchased

The Platform reserves the right to block messaging activity whenever insufficient credits are available.

7. Credit Purchases

Credits may be purchased through pricing packages displayed on the Platform.

Prices may vary depending on:

• Promotional offers

• Geographic location

• Payment provider fees

• Currency conversion rates

• Seasonal discounts or marketing campaigns

All purchases are processed securely through authorized payment processors.

8. Non-Refundable Credits

Unless otherwise required by law, all credit purchases are final.

Credits purchased on the Platform are considered digital goods delivered immediately upon successful payment processing.

As a result:

• Purchased credits are generally non-refundable.

• Unused credits are not redeemable for cash.

• Credits cannot be transferred between accounts.

Refund requests will only be reviewed in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the Platform.

9. User Responsibility

By using the Platform, users acknowledge that they understand the pricing structure associated with communication services.

Users are responsible for:

• Reviewing the current credit pricing before using premium features

• Maintaining sufficient credit balance

• Understanding that both sending and receiving messages generate charges

Failure to review this Pricing Terms does not exempt users from applicable charges.

10. Pricing Changes

The Platform reserves the right to modify pricing, credit costs, package pricing, or messaging fees at any time.

Any changes may take effect immediately or on a date specified by the Platform.

Updated pricing information will be published on the Website.

Continued use of the Service after pricing updates constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing terms.

11. Acceptance of Charges

By registering an account, purchasing credits, or using messaging features on the Platform, users expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Each sent message costs 11 credits

• Each received message costs 11 credits

• Each received message costs 11 credits

• Each received media (pictures, videos, Gifs) cost 22 credits

• Each sent media (pictures, videos, Gifs) cost 22 credits

• Both parties participating in communication may be charged independently

• Credit deductions occur automatically without additional approval for each message transaction

Use of the Platform constitutes full acceptance of this pricing structure.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL USERS

The Platform charges users for communication activity under the following mandatory pricing model:

Every sent message = 11 credits charged

Every received message = 11 credits charged

Each received media (pictures, videos, Gifs) cost 22 credits

Each sent media (pictures, videos, Gifs) cost 22 credits

By continuing to use the Platform, all users confirm that they understand and accept this billing structure in full.

Failure to understand the credit system does not invalidate applicable charges.
