Hi my name is frank and I am 38 years old and working as a body guard out in Iraq and before that I was a personal trainer and gym manger in a gym in south London for 2 and a half years and did a bit of care worker work. I was in the army for 14 years and enjoyed this life, but wanted to see what it was like outside of army life I left the army as a sgt.
